Endodontic Treatment (What is a Root Canal?)

Root canal treatment is one of the most common dental procedures with well over 14 million performed every year. This simple treatment can save your natural teeth and prevent the need for dental implants or bridges. A Root Canal is necessary when the pulp, the soft tissue inside the root canal system, becomes inflamed or infected. The pulp is removed, the canal cleaned and filled, and the tooth sealed. We encourage you to use our online registration forms.  These forms (Both the registration and medical history can be filled out and submitted electronically to our office - the data is encrypted to ensure your privacy).  Submitting to us your forms in advance will allow you to get in to see the doctor with less delay and thus shortening your visit, allow us to research your insurance information and  better prepare for your appointment. Alternatively, forms can be downloaded and printed and faxed to us (at 510-582-3405) or completed and brought with you to your appointment.
